BASIC BENEFIT This set of two CDs helps to bring your brain to the appropriate state for the various aspects of the study process. Sometimes we reach these states easily but sometimes, when we need to concentrate, our brain slips into the dreamy Alpha state, and we are unable to keep our attention on our work. The audio CDs incorporate AHATA Sound Harmonics®, which are computer produced pure tones often referred to as binaural beats.

Many learners found that with their previous exposure to TV and computer games they had great difficulty concentrating on study material that was not flashing and changing every few seconds. They found they needed to actually “learn” how to access the Beta brain state for concentration using the FOCUS program. Once they found they could do this, and it wasn’t so difficult with the help of the CDs, they gained exam success and subsequent improved self-confidence.
WHY IT WORKS Learners listen to the audio programs on CD through stereo earphones and on the FOCUS CD they hear the gentle “hiss” of a Mountain Mist. The computer-produced AHATA ® frequencies gently bring their brain to the ideal relaxed Beta brain state for concentration. This means that the learner begins to understand their study material and then improve their exams success. We all know that getting over that “I don’t feel like it feeling” is an important step in study success. And the Betakit does this easily and very effectively. 
MEMREE Track Another useful track gives you the frequencies IDEAL for learning study material “off-by-heart”.
RECHARGE CD Also included is a program to give you 30 minutes complete relaxation and so “Recharge” for study, recreation or sport. In addition, the “Recharge “ program has a 
30 minute track with commentary and a similar track without commentary. It also includes a program called ‘Sleep Starter’ which you use this when you are stressed and want to fall peacefully asleep.
The booklet contains instructions in six languages including English, Afrikaans, Français, Deutsch, I’Xhosa and i’Zulu. This is a study system for all ages and all subjects.
