SETTLE and GROW CDs

This is a set of CDs, in an attractive green box. It is especially designed for families where one or more are ADHD.

This set of seven CDs incorporates natural sound effects plus MOH Frequencies, (sometimes known as binaural beats). These MOH frequencies are computer produced pure tones, which, acting together when listened to through stereo equipment, gently bring the brain of the listener to various appropriate brain states. This is a natural phenomena, your brain is designed to do this. (Your brain also changes its basic frequency state during the day and into sleep at night.)

Why a set of CDs for ADD/ADHD? We are the developers of the

Betakit Study System® and the Sound Study System. From feedback from users we discovered that many ADHD learners had been greatly helped by the Betakit, not only for their concentration on their homework but also for their sleep. (Many ADD/ADHDers, especially those on medication have a problem with sleep.) But being ADHD they found that they did not have enough choices in the two CD Betakit for their liking. So we developed the seven CD set where there are an extended number of choices.

Supporting other Interventions. We quite realise that ADD/ADHD is a complex syndrome with many causes and interventions and that a sensible strategy is to use a combination of techniques which work at the time. We therefore recommend use of the Settle and Grow CDs as an “And-as-well” intervention and for each family the actual application will be slightly different.
